an angel gave Elijah bread (baked cakes) and water to consume and it sustained him for 40 days whilst journeying to Mount Horeb (1 Kg 19:4-8)

Jesus gives the Church the bread of eternal life to eat (Jn 6:51) whilst sojourning on earth to reach heaven (1 Pet 2:11)
